The museum of folklore & history of Pozar Thermal Baths opens it doors to the public.
The museum will be open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The vision is to save, preserve and highlight the folklore elements of this place and the wider region.
The operation of the museum aims, through a multitude of actions, to pass these material and immaterial goods to the next generations as a model of historical retrospection, understanding and sustainable transition from tradition to evolution.
The museum visitor will have the opportunity to browse the exhibition space and get to know the folk art of Almopia.
He will see items from the rural life of the local people, household utensils, textile items and much more.
All the exhibits housed in the stone-built building of Thermal Baths chronologically belong to the recent years of Hellenism.
